We do not perform restoration work. Anything you agree is between you and the contractor. Our information is general, not professional advice.

Calls are connected to independent restoration contractors serving covered Phoenix ZIP codes. Those contractors are separate businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and the site operator does not supervise or stand behind their work. We do not inspect homes, schedule jobs or carry out any work.

Any estimate, contract, schedule, payment arrangement or other agreement is made directly between you and the contractor, during your call or afterwards as you and the contractor agree. Before hiring anyone, check their licence with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, their insurance and the written terms they offer.
