Our Editorial Policy
How we research, write and maintain the information on this site.
Standards
How our pages are written
Every page is written for Phoenix homeowners, in our own words, to explain fire, smoke and water damage clearly and accurately. We aim to describe what typically happens and what to ask, not to sell any particular service.
Factual statements are based on public sources such as federal agencies, the American Red Cross, the National Weather Service, the NFPA, the City of Phoenix and published industry standards. Sources are listed on each page so readers can check them.
Limits
What we do not do
We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, licences, years in business or claims we cannot verify. We do not describe the independent contractors as our employees, and we do not promise response times or availability.
Our content is general information. It is not legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice, and it cannot replace an inspection by a qualified professional.
If a page relies on a source that later changes or disappears, we replace it with a current source that supports the same point or rewrite the statement.

Images, updates and corrections
Images on this site are AI-generated illustrations created for this site and do not show real homes, jobs or people. They are used to help explain situations described in the text.
We review pages when sources change and update the date shown in our structured data. If you believe something is inaccurate, please call the number on this site and mention that your call is about the website. This site is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui.
